, known as 'pujas', follow a range of Buddhist prayer booklets (Sadhanas) prepared by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and are available from the Centre's shop or Tharpa Publications.
Engaging in pujas (especiallly Tsog pujas) is a special method of purifying negativity, accumulating merit and receiving blessings.
It helps to develop and maintain a positive mind, and is a powerful preparation for meditation.
Tsog pujas (highlighted in red below) involve making offerings of food and drink to the Buddhas together with prayers and meditation. Everyone is welcome to attend all the pujas and there is no fee.

These chanted sessions (pujas) at the Centre are very beautiful prayers sung in English with great meaning and dedicated to the happiness and welfare of all living beings.
The sessions are generally held on Sundays afternoons as indicated in schedule below. Everyone is welcome. Pujas with tsog are highlighted.
