Foundation Programme classIn-depth study programme
The centre offers Foundation Programme (FP) which provides an opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhism through a systematic study of texts written by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. FP is be held regularly on Sundays from 9am to 1.15pm. Click here for full details.

pujas The chanted prayers at Duldzin Dragpa Centre, known as 'pujas', follow a range of Buddhist prayer booklets prepared by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. These prayer booklets, known as sadhanas, can also be used for individual practice and are availalble from Tharpa Publications.

Engaging in pujas is a special method of purifying negativity, accumulating merit and receiving blessings. It helps to develop and maintain a positive mind, and is a powerful preparation for meditation. There is no need to book and no fee. However it is advisable to call the centre before attending on 01992 571354.

Everyone is welcome to attend all the pujas apart from the * Highest Yoga Tantra pujas, which are for Tantric practitioners only.

Tsog pujas (highlighted below)
Tsog offering pujas are ceremonies that involve making offerings of food and drink to the Buddhas in conjunction with prayers and meditation. They are an excellent method for accumulating merit, purifying negativity and receiving blessings.
