(lunchtime and evening), Leigh-on-Sea, Romford, Walthamstow, Ware and South Woodford. Classes include guided meditations so that you can learn how to meditate correctly, and advice on how to apply meditation in daily life to achieve inner peace and happiness.
You don't need to be a Buddhist to live at the Centre but may just like the idea of living in a peaceful and friendly environment.
