Course cards are valid for 3 months and can be used at any time at any venue.

How to find the Epping venue

From the North, Harlow and M11: follow the B1393 Southbound to Epping High Street. After 300 yards look out for the Police Station on the left and on the right, Halifax Bank and Fat Face shop (next to two red BT phone boxes). Turn right here for Buttercross Lane.

From the South, Loughton or M25 (J26): follow the B1393 Northbound to Epping High Street. After 300 yards look out Marks and Spencers on your left. 100 yards on you will see the Fat Face shop and Halifax Bank (next to two red BT phone boxes). Turn left here for Buttercross Lane. Duldzin Dragpa Centre is the fourth property on the left.

Meditation course titles

Introduction to BuddhismThese courses are based primarily on the bestselling titles Introduction to Buddhism, The New Meditation Handbook and Transform your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major bookshops.
In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from these titles will be looked at each week as shown above.



Meditation CD The guided meditations given at each class are based on three CD's that are ideal companions to the course topics. They are available from the meditation class or Tharpa Publications.
