How to find the Waltham Cross venue

From North, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Wormley,Cheshunt, A10: follow the A10 Cambridge Road Southbound to the roundabout, take the 1st exit into A121/Winston Churchill Way. After 0.7 miles, take 3rd exit on the roundabout to A121 Monarchs Way. Go straight through one more roundabout and 0.2 miles on right is Longcroft Drive. As the drive bends to the left you will see the entrance to the Centre on the left between two blocks of flats.

From East, Waltham Abbey, Upshire: take the B194 onto Highbridge Street. Turn right at the roundabout into Station Road. Travel for 0.3 miles and turn left into Longcroft Drive. When you see Fowley close on your left, to the right you will see the entrance to the Centre on the left between two blocks of flats.

New Meditation HandbookThese courses are based primarily on the bestselling titles The New Meditation Handbook and Transform your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major bookshops.
In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from these titles will be looked at each week as shown below.

 

Meditation CD The guided meditations given at each class are based on three CD's that are ideal companions to the course topics. They are available from the meditation class or Tharpa Publications.
