There is no greater meaning than this. Even temporarily, whenever you experience problems, unpleasant feelings, depression or unhappiness you can solve these problems immediately by transforming your mind into peace through your meditation practice. The benefits of meditation are immeasurable.

How to find the Ware class

From the A1 follow the A414 and proceed through Hertford and take the A119 at 3rd roundabout to Ware.

From A10 (Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross or Harlow) take the A414 to Great Amwell then proceed along the London Road A1170 into Ware High Street.

These courses are based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's book, Eight Steps to Happiness which reveals practical ways in which we can use this timeless wisdom to find meaning and lasting happiness in our busy modern lives. This book is available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major bookshops.
