Course cards are valid for 3 months and can be used at any time at any venue.

How to find the Ware class

From the A1 follow the A414 and proceed through Hertford and take the A119 at 3rd roundabout to Ware.

From A10 (Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross or Harlow) take the A414 to Great Amwell then proceed along the London Road A1170 into Ware High Street.

These courses are based primarily on the bestselling titles How to Solve Our Human Problems and Eight Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major bookshops.
