About the classes
The weekly meditation classes in Hertfordshire, East London and Essex are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
Most
classes run for an hour and a half. We meditate sitting on chairs to
ensure that everyone is comfortable. There is no physical exercise
involved.
The general structure of the class:
- Short Buddhist prayers to prepare for meditation
- Simple guided meditation
- Teaching on how to solve problems in daily life
- Another meditation or questions & answers
- Brief prayers to complete the session
After the class everyone is welcome to stay for light refreshments. |
