Attending the classes
The
classes are organized as short courses, usually 3, 4 or 5 weeks long.
You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as
each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a
session.
You do not need to book in advance, simply find
a meditation class near you and enrol when you arrive. If you would like more information
