Worrying is easy. What we don’t often realise is that it also ruins our happiness.
On this course we will learn Buddha’s wisdom advice that you can meditate on to help you keep a positive, happy mind even when your life is very difficult. You will learn to identify and let go of the destructive thoughts that are the cause of stress, worry and anxiety, and to replace them with constructive, positive thoughts that cause mental peace and well-being for yourself and the people around you.
