Learn practical techniques and follow guided meditations to help you remain peaceful and happy in these weekly classes. Everyone is welcome.

The classes are organised as short courses, usually 3 to 5 weeks long. You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you wish as each class is self-contained.

We meditate sitting on chairs to ensure that everyone is comfortable and there is no physical exercise involved.

The general structure of the class is:

  • Guided meditation on how to develop inner peace
  • Teaching on how to solve daily problems and keep a happy mind
  • Another meditation or questions & answers

Attend the class and pay as you arrive. Please check back here first before you arrive to see whether the class is running.

Buy a Course card - £5 per class

Course cards are valid for 3 months and can be used at any of our weekly meditation classes. Bring your email receipt to class to exchange for your physical course card.

Creating a Positive Perspective

Is your glass half full or half empty? Whether we experience a happy, meaningful life full of exciting challenges and opportunities for growth, or a stressful, unhappy life full of difficulties and problems, all depends on our way of thinking. Happiness and suffering are states of mind and through meditation we can train ourselves to think positively.

In these classes we will learn how to maintain an authentic experience of inner peace, even in difficult situations, and discover the potential for lasting happiness and joy within our own minds.
