with Resident Teacher, Kadam Ai Peng McBretney

Saturday 10th April – 10am to 1pm

We are all living in uncertain times, both globally and personally. It is easy to feel troubled by everything that we see in the world, and upset by the difficulties that we’re dealing with daily. Times of change and uncertainty can be unsettling, but they also can become transformative.

Buddha explained how to keep the mind free from fear and anxiety and use difficult situations to cultivate inspiring views that help us keep calm and positive amidst conflict and chaos.

In this half day course with Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, we will explore practical approaches to the challenges we are facing and how to deal with these changing times with a less stressed and anxious mind.

Taught by an experienced meditation teacher

Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, the Resident Teacher of Duldzin Dragpa Centre, has studied and practised Kadampa Buddhism for many years under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Through her experience of putting Buddha’s advice into practice, she presents the teachings in a clear and practical way that inspires us to develop inner peace, happiness and wisdom.
