We know that when the mind is not peaceful, it is very difficult to be happy and relaxed – even if we are living in the very best conditions. When our mind is peaceful, we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and we experience happiness and relaxation.

On this short guided retreat you will learn three simple meditations to make your mind calm and peaceful.

Each retreat will include a combination of teachings and guided meditations with an opportunity to ask questions. Comfort breaks will be included throughout the retreat.

How to access these live streamed classes

The online classes will be streamed live using Zoom. For the best experience we suggest you use a PCMac, or tablet, but smartphones are also supported.

After booking you will receive an email explaining how to join. Please leave plenty of time before class to get yourself up and running. If you have any questions, please contact us on or 01992 571 354.
