Limitless Potential:
The Wisdom of Emptiness

with Kadam Ai Peng McBretney

SAT 29 JAN, 12 MAR & 14 MAY
10AM – 12NOON | £10 per day

Discover and realise our potential for deep limitless joy and ability through Buddha’s profound teaching of emptiness.

Currently we see things existing in a way that causes us to develop mistaken, painful ways of relating to ourselves, others and the world.

In this three-part course we will explore how things actually exist and how they are free (or empty) of the kind of existence we normally see and believe in. Meditating on emptiness gradually frees us from the limitations that come from these mistaken ways of seeing things, allowing us to discover and realise our potential for deep limitless joy and ability.

A lovely, peaceful place where it was fantastic to think in a different way and try and clear my mind. Not something I would usually have done in the past - but would definitely come back again when solace is needed or after a busy week.
