Half-Day Course

Learning to Accept: Living in the Moment

with Kadam Ai Peng McBretney

SAT 30 APR | 10AM – 1PM | £20 per person

Learn how to live in the moment so that we can make the most of every day of our life and begin to discover its true meaning.

In our busy lives we find it very difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while we are doing the things we like, our mind is never in the present, we are constantly making plans for the future or worrying about what might happen next.

In this half day course we will learn how to let go of this bad mental habit so that we can make the most of every moment of our life and begin to discover its true meaning.

A lovely, peaceful place where it was fantastic to think in a different way and try and clear my mind. Not something I would usually have done in the past - but would definitely come back again when solace is needed or after a busy week.
