When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the mind.

Therefore, if we want to be happy all the time and to be free from problems, we must develop and maintain a peaceful mind, which can be made possible through meditation.

Living Life Lightly - 9 Jun to 23 Jun (3 wks)

Meditation is an effective way to combat negative states of mind and create a sense of mental freedom. By gaining experience of Buddhist meditation techniques and positive thinking we can learn to control our mind and thereby not take everything so seriously.

By accepting painful feelings rather than being panicked by them we can cultivate a lasting sense of inner peace and approach everything that we encounter with a light and flexible mind.

Freedom from Stress, Worry and Anxiety - 30 Jun to 21 Jul (4 wks)

Meditation is increasingly recognised as an effective means to reduce stress and improve the quality of life. Many people are now discovering it is a practical way to improve ourselves and develop the ability to help others.

Benefits of daily meditation include a learned ability to deal with worry and anxiety, improved concentration and the ability to quickly let go of tension and unpleasant feelings. Suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their experience.

What you need before you book

This live online meditation course will be streamed via Zoom. Please make sure that you have a compatible PCMacLinux or mobile phone (iPhone or Android) before you register. Most modern devices should be compatible, but please check using these links to make sure.
