Being kind to others is a wonderful way to bring real happiness and meaning into our life. Those who are kind to others enjoy a balanced and peaceful mind. When we learn how to accept others we gain the wisdom to care for ourself in the best possible way.

On this course we will be guided through practical methods that will help us to become more compassionate and understanding, ultimately bringing great benefit to both ourself and others.

A lovely, peaceful place where it was fantastic to think in a different way and try and clear my mind. Not something I would usually have done in the past - but would definitely come back again when solace is needed or after a busy week.
