There is parking at the back of the Church. To reach the Church car park, when in New London Road, turn into Lower Anchor Street and then take the first left into Bradford Street. At the end of Bradford Street (straight ahead of you) is the Church car park.

Course Cards are valid for 3 months and can be used at any time at any of the venues above.

If you miss a class, the remaining credit on your card carries over to future classes.

You can purchase one when you go along to a class or buy it online below.

Attending the classes

The classes are organized as short courses, usually 3, 4 or 5 weeks long. You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session.

You do not need to book in advance – simply enrol when you arrive. The meditation classes are suitable for everyone and can be attended at any point within a course. If you would like more information or help, please contact us on 01992 571354 or email us at

What to expect at a meditation class

The weekly meditation classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

These classes run for an hour and 15 minutes. We meditate sitting on chairs to ensure that everyone is comfortable.
There is no physical exercise involved.

The general structure of the class is as follows:

  • Guided meditation on how to develop innner peace
  • Teaching on how to solve daily problems and keep a happy mind
  • Another meditation or questions & answers

After the class everyone is welcome to stay for light refreshments.

Even temporarily, whenever you experience problems, unpleasant feelings, depression or unhappiness you can solve these problems immediately by transforming your mind into peace through your meditation practice.
