Stress, anxiety and worry are increasingly common in today’s hectic world and they can have a debilitating effect on our personal life, our work and our relationships. Buddhism teaches simple techniques to reduce and overcome these problems that can be practised by anyone whether Buddhist or non-Buddhist.

How to access these live streamed classes

The online classes will be streamed live using Zoom. For the best experience we suggest you use a PCMac, or tablet, but smartphones are also supported.
