We all experience many changes and uncertainties in our daily life. We commonly regard these changes and uncertainties to be a problem and respond in a negative way by becoming uptight and unhappy. Although most of these problems appear to be coming from other people and external situations, according to Buddha these problems are rooted in our own negative states of mind, known as the delusions.

When we understand the relationship between our problems and our mind we will learn how to take control of our life by transforming problems into inner freedom.

How to access these live streamed classes

The online classes will be streamed live using Zoom. For the best experience we suggest you use a PCMac, or tablet, but smartphones are also supported.
