Medicine for your Mind

Mental suffering is a terrible pandemic that cannot be cured by physical or mental isolation. Only the wisdom taught by Buddha can effect a lasting cure. This is because only Buddha correctly diagnoses the source of all pain, prescribes remedies, and administers essential medicine for the mind.

Through taking this medicine for the mind, sadness, fear, loneliness, disappointment and all other mental afflictions will gradually be reduced and finally eliminated, leaving the mind healthy, joyful and at peace with ourself, our family and our world. This course will explain how, no matter what our circumstances may be, happiness is possible for everyone.
