Everything passes, everything changes. Through facing up to this fundamental truth of life, and living mindfully within that realisation, we can learn to let go of the painful feelings in our hearts and be at peace.

How to access these live streamed classes

The online classes will be streamed live using Zoom. For the best experience we suggest you use a PCMac, or tablet, but smartphones are also supported.
