Friday Lunchtimes 12.30pm – 1.05pm
Take a break as we wind down with a meditation and positive thought for the weekend. This short lunchtime session will give you the opportunity to relax the mind and unwind after a busy week, with time to explore a profound and practical quote taken from Buddha’s teachings.
How to access these live streamed classes
The online classes will be streamed live using Zoom. For the best experience we suggest you use a PC, Mac, or tablet, but smartphones are also supported.
