Refuge Retreat
Fri 13 – Sun 15 FeB | Various Sessions | £10 per day
This retreat provides a special opportunity to explore and deepen our mind of refuge, which is how Buddhists protect themselves from suffering, now and In the future. With deep experience of this practice, we stop worrying and embrace a rich and meaningful spiritual life.
Through practicing refuge, we gain confidence and strength to make authentic spiritual progress. Through this we build stable peace, joy and freedom within our own heart that we can then share with others.
For each session we will be following the sadhana Essence of Good Fortune and using The New Meditation Handbook. You will need a copy of the sadhana and book which is available to order and download from Tharpa UK.
