These classes are organised as short courses, usually 3 to 5 weeks long. You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you wish.

Attain sustained happiness

To attain sustained happiness, nurturing and preserving a unique inner peace experience is essential. The sole route to achieve this involves mental training via spiritual practices, gradually diminishing our negative, agitated mental states and substituting them with peaceful, positive ones. This course provides instructions on how to cultivate this skill, enabling us to remain optimistic.

Overcoming Stress & Building Reslience

Imagine a life free from painful emotions like anxiety, stress, irritation, dissatisfaction and loneliness. But how can this become a reality? Buddha explained that all painful emotions are states of mind. By training in Kadampa Buddhist meditations you will learn the tools for changing your mind; from negative and painful to positive and peaceful.

In this series, we will look at effective Kadampa meditation-based solutions to everyday problems, which can be practiced by anyone, whether Buddhist or not. Each week will address a specific negative mind and you will learn practical wisdom advice and meditations that will help you to stay uplifted and joyful.

Single - £10 per class

Bring your order confirmation to class, either a paper copy or on your phone to show at the class reception. You can pay in cash on the door if you are unable to book online.

Course cards are valid for 3 months and can be used at any of our weekly meditation classes. Bring your email receipt to class to exchange for your physical course card.
