Class Dates

These classes are organised as short courses, usually 3 to 5 weeks long. You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you wish.

Overcoming Anxiety & Depression

Many of us find ourselves entangled in the web of daily stressors – be it strained relationships, financial woes, or the constant pressure to meet expectations. It’s easy to succumb to the weight of these circumstances and let anxiety and depression take root. Maybe we have tried everything else and this could be the time for us to try a more meaningful solution.

With weekly teachings and with relaxing meditations, we can find our way out of these painful states of mind and begin to live a life free from suffering.  Each class is self-contained and will focus on a different topic each week:

Single - £10 per class

Bring your order confirmation to class, either a paper copy or on your phone to show at the class reception. You can pay in cash on the door if you are unable to book online.

Course cards are valid for 3 months and can be used at any of our weekly meditation classes. Bring your email receipt to class to exchange for your physical course card.
