Seeing Things Differently,
Creating Inner Change
Often, it’s not the situation itself that causes stress or unhappiness, but the way we see and respond to it. When our perspective changes, our experience can change too.
In this weekly meditation course, you’ll learn simple, practical methods to step back from unhelpful patterns of thinking and begin to see situations in a more balanced and constructive way. By developing greater awareness of your mind, you can respond to challenges with more clarity, patience, and confidence.
Through small inner changes, we can gradually transform how we experience daily life—leading to greater peace, resilience, and a more positive outlook.
Over these four weeks, you will learn how to:
- Learn how your perspective shapes your experience
- Develop tools to step back from unhelpful thinking
- Cultivate greater clarity, balance, and confidence
- Mon 19 Oct - Rethinking Difficulties
- Mon 26 Oct - Learning from Challenges
- Mon 2 Nov - Changing Your Response
- Mon 9 Nov - Staying Positive in Any Situation
Finding Calm & Stability in Busy Times
As the end of the year approaches, life can often feel busier and more demanding. With many things to do and think about, it’s easy to become overwhelmed, caught in cycles of overthinking, stress, or low mood.
In this meditation course, we will explore simple, practical methods from Buddha’s teachings to help calm the mind and reduce mental busyness. By learning to recognise it and step back from these habitual thought patterns, we can develop more clarity, balance, and emotional stability.
Rather than being pulled around by stress and worry, we can begin to respond to life with a lighter, more peaceful mind—even during the busiest times of the year.
Over these four weeks, you will learn how to:
- Learn how to reduce overthinking and mental clutter
- Develop practical ways to stay calm in daily life
- Build a more stable and peaceful state of mind
- Mon 16 Nov - Understanding Stress and Overthinking
- Mon 23 Nov - Noticing How the Mind Reacts
- Mon 30 Nov - Changing Your Response to Problems
- Mon 7 Dec - Developing Emotional Resilience
