| 10.30am - 4pm
Epping, Essex
£40
White Tara is a female enlightened being associated with long life, wisdom, and good fortune. Through this practice, we can connect with her enlightened qualities and be inspired to develop greater peace, clarity, and inner strength in our own life.

An empowerment bestows upon us special blessings that heal our mind and awaken our positive potential.

Join us for a special day receiving the blessing empowerment of White Tara. White Tara is a female enlightened being associated with long life, wisdom, and good fortune. Through this practice, we can connect with her enlightened qualities and be inspired to develop greater peace, clarity, and inner strength in our own life.

An empowerment is a guided meditation experience that helps us form a special connection with a Buddha and receive their blessings. It is said that White Tara’s blessings are received very quickly, like the movement of the wind, helping to protect us from inner fears and obstacles.

During this event, Kadam Ai Peng McBretney will grant the empowerment in the morning session, followed by a commentary on the practice of White Tara in the afternoon.

This event is suitable for everyone. No previous experience is needed—just an interest in meditation, inner peace, and developing your own positive potential.

Led by Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, our Resident Teacher. Includes empowerment, commentary and guided meditation.

Everyone welcome!
