Enjoy your morning with a positive thought and meditation. Each week we will explore and meditate on a simple but profound quote taken from Buddha’s teachings that we can carry with us throughout the day, helping to improve our mindfulness and making our daily experiences more peaceful and happy.
Free your mind and create some inner space. Enjoy a relaxing morning with a simple guided meditation from the tranquil environment of Duldzin Dragpa Buddhist Centre. Everyone is welcome.
