Discover how a calmer mind can improve your daily experience

In busy daily life, it’s easy to feel mentally overwhelmed, distracted, or stressed. When the mind is unsettled, even small challenges can feel much bigger than they are.

In this half-day course, you will be introduced to simple, practical meditation techniques that help calm the mind and create more inner clarity. No experience is needed—just a willingness to take some time out and learn something practical for daily life.

We will also explore how developing a calmer mind can positively change the way we experience situations, helping us feel more balanced, focused, and at ease.

Led by Branch Teacher, Lill Raphael.
Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.

Everyone welcome!
