You are invited to join us for our annual garden party and summer retreat – a special opportunity to get together for a social with friends and family at our centre in Epping.

Escape to tranquility at our Summer Retreat & Garden Party! Enjoy a two hour relaxing guided meditation, followed by an opportunity for a socialise with friends and family at our centre in Epping (Garden Party is Free!).

Bring your favorite picnic delights and refreshing beverages (vegetarian and non-alcoholic only). Public parking available nearby, however there is no parking available on-site (contact us for limited disabled parking).

Guided retreat led Resident Teacher, Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, followed by a free garden party.

I really love the words of wisdom at these retreats. A beautiful peace fills the place with some great guided meditations . A really enjoyable way to spend three hours on a Saturday,highly recommended.

Amazing      gave me so much to think about.   Really felt a connection and resonance with the teaching.  Have been putting it into practice. 

Breathing and seeing where my attachment to things which are not in my best interests lay.   Looking forward to doing more.

Our first time at Epping and first meditation class, it was great.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful this put us at ease and this helped to make the whole experience very enjoyable.
