A Buddhist Approach to Letting Go & Moving Forward
Sat 24 Oct
| 10am - 1.15pm
Epping, Essex
£25
As the year unfolds, many of us carry thoughts, emotions, or habits that weigh us down — regrets, disappointments, or worries about the future. These mental burdens can prevent us from living fully in the present and embracing the opportunities each day brings.
In this half day course, Kadam Ai Peng will share a Buddhist approach to letting go of what no longer serves us and moving forward with clarity and confidence. Drawing on practical meditation techniques and timeless Buddhist wisdom, you will explore:
- The Buddhist understanding of impermanence and how it helps us let go
- Techniques to cultivate mental clarity, calm, and resilience
- How to approach life with renewed energy, balance, and openness
This talk is suitable for anyone — whether you are new to meditation or have some experience — and offers practical tools to help you let go of the past, free your mind from unnecessary stress, and move forward with a sense of peace and purpose.
Led by Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, our Resident Teacher. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.
Everyone welcome!
