Freedom from Fear & Anxiety, The Power of a Calm Mind

Sat 2 May
| 10am - 1.15pm
Epping, Essex

Through Buddha’s timeless teachings and meditation, we can learn to calm the mind, develop inner stability, and approach life’s uncertainties with wisdom and confidence

Fear and anxiety often arise from the mind’s tendency to exaggerate problems and imagine worst-case scenarios. These painful states keep us trapped — unable to fully enjoy life or respond wisely to challenges.

Through Buddha’s timeless teachings and meditation, we can learn to calm the mind, develop inner stability, and approach life’s uncertainties with wisdom and confidence. When our mind is peaceful, fear naturally subsides, and we discover a deep inner strength that nothing external can shake.

In this half-day course, Kadam John will explain:

Led by Kadam John McBretney, Guest Teacher from Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre, London. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.

Everyone welcome!
