Meditation Retreat

Creating Inner Space for Peace

Sat 16 May
| 10am - 1.15pm
Epping, Essex
£25
Discover how to gain mental clarity and freedom

In our busy, crowded lives, it can feel as though there’s no space left in the mind — no room to relax, reflect, or simply be. Through meditation, we can create inner space: a calm, open mind in which we find peace, clarity, and the strength to respond to life with wisdom.

On this retreat, learn how to develop and maintain this inner space — wherever you are and whatever is happening around you. It’s a space we can carry with us always, giving us freedom, flexibility, and genuine peace of mind.

“By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstances.”
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
