Change is a natural part of life, yet it is often something we struggle to accept. Whether we are facing a major loss, a period of uncertainty, or a life transition, our mind can easily become overwhelmed by worry or sadness.
In this half-day course, Kadam John McBretney will explore how to relate to change in a way that brings balance rather than struggle. By understanding the nature of change through meditation, we can learn to let go of resistance and develop a mind that is steady, clear, and at peace with life’s natural flow.
In this course you will:
- Understand the mind: Explore why we resist change and how to let go gently
- Reduce mental struggle: Learn practical methods to stay calm during transitions
- Develop acceptance: Discover how a peaceful mind is your greatest protection
Led by Guest Teacher, Kadam John McBretney. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.
