An opportunity to gain some experience in the Yoga of Buddha Amitayus, a special method to increase life-span, wisdom and merit.

Everyone is welcome to join in this special annual retreat. An opportunity to gain some experience in the Yoga of Buddha Amitayus, a special method to increase life-span, wisdom and merit.

These sessions are all unguided.  For each session, we will engage in the ‘Yoga of Buddha Amitayus’, with time for visualizations and mantra recitation as explained in the sadhana. You will need a copy of the sadhana which is available to order and download from Tharpa UK.
