Feel like you need a boost? Do we usually feel down during the festivities period?
Learn to start the Christmas period with a positive and contented attitude, and try to maintain this whatever situations arise. If we are able to keep a joyful and peaceful heart we will be able to overcome our feelings of being overwhelmed by the general rush and stress beforehand and the malaise and tiredness afterwards!
On this course Kadam Ai Peng McBretney will introduce practical Buddhist methods to help us uplift our mind, find joy and hope.
You will learn how to:
- Increase your joy and positivity
- Replenish and restore harmony within relationships
- Maintain peace whatever arises
Led by Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, our Resident Teacher. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.
Everyone welcome!
