Transform Your Life ~ Letting Go of Hurt & Pain

Sat 18 Oct
| 10am - 1.15pm
Epping, Essex

Forgiveness isn’t always easy—but it’s deeply freeing. Through simple meditations and Buddhist insights, learn how to let go of resentment and move forward with strength and compassion.

As long as we hold on to hurt—whether from others or from our own mistakes—it becomes impossible to truly move forward. Clinging to past pain keeps us trapped in cycles of negative thoughts and behaviours, preventing the change we seek.

Buddha offered profound teachings to help us understand how to release attachment to the past, letting go of mistakes, hurt, and resentment. This course provides a chance to learn and practice meditations focused on impermanence and acceptance—tools that can free us from the past, open the way to forgiveness (for ourselves and others), and transform us into the people we wish to become.
