I really love the words of wisdom at these retreats. A beautiful peace fills the place with some great guided meditations . A really enjoyable way to spend three hours on a Saturday,highly recommended.

Amazing gave me so much to think about. Really felt a connection and resonance with the teaching. Have been putting it into practice.
