Meditation Retreat

Inner Journey
to Peace Retreat

with Kadam Ai Peng McBretney

SAT 25 Nov | 10AM – 1.15PM | £25 per person

In our modern world it seems that, whatever our lifestyle, we will inevitably experience much stress and anxiety. But so much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind, and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.

In our modern world it seems that, whatever our lifestyle, we will inevitably experience much stress and anxiety. But so much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind, and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.

On this half-day retreat we will explore how Buddhist meditation, combined with a change in our perspective on life, can enable us to control our mind and thereby reduce and finally eliminate this stress. Through training in these practices and applying them in our daily life, we can develop an unshakeable mind that is always happy and relaxed, regardless of our external circumstances.

These practices will help you to journey deeper into inner peace and positivity within our own mind.

You will discover:

Led by our resident teacher, Kadam Ai Peng McBretney. Includes teachings and guided meditations. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Everyone is welcome!
