Learn to find peace by taking some “time out” by engaging in a short retreat to learn how to stop busy and distracted thoughts minds.

Do you find it hard to quieten your mind and just let go? Meditation is a powerful tool for finding peace and happiness in our lives. 

In this half day retreat we will be taking some “time out” to learn how to stop our busy and distracted minds. Instead of constantly feeling drained, we can learn to gain back control of our mind and enjoy the peace and stillness that we long for.

Teacher - Kadam Ai Peng McBretney

Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, the Resident Teacher of Duldzin Dragpa Centre, has studied and practised Kadampa Buddhism for many years under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Through her experience of putting Buddha’s advice into practice, she presents the teachings in a clear and practical way that inspires us to develop inner peace, happiness and wisdom.
