Buddhist Retreat
Buddha Amitayus Retreat
Sat 11 Jan – Sun 12 Jan | Various Sessions

Amitayus is the Buddha of long life, merit and wisdom – the main qualities we need to attain the happiness of enlightenment. Spending a couple of days in retreat on Amitayus at the start of the year is considered an auspicious way to strengthen our spiritual practice and improve our ability to benefit others.
These sessions are all unguided. For each session, we will engage in the ‘Yoga of Buddha Amitayus’, with time for visualizations and mantra recitation as explained in the sadhana. You will need a copy of the sadhana which is available to order and download from Tharpa UK.
Everyone welcome!
