Do you feel hurt and resentful when people treat you badly? Does this leave you feeling frustrated about the way things are? Would you like to let go, move on and feel happier about your life?
Holding onto resentment is easy to do, and sadly it does nothing but make you unhappy. Learning how to accept and move forward in your life is a really important life skill.
In this half-day course you will discover how to deal with others with more wisdom. You’ll be guided in meditations that help you let go of resentments, feel grateful and move forward with a positive attitude.
This half-day course of talks and practical meditations are suitable for everyone.
You will discover ways to:

- Let go of resentments and frustrations

Led by Kadam John McBretney, the Resident Teacher of Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre, London. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.

Teacher - Kadam John McBretney
Kadam John McBretney is the Resident Teacher of Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre. He has studied and practised Kadampa Buddhism for many years under the guidance of his Spiritual Teacher, the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Kadam John explains how to use Buddha’s teachings to solve our daily problems and find real happiness. He has thought meditation and Buddhism for over 25 years and inspires everyone to develop wisdom and a good heart towards others so that we can develop and maintain happy, peaceful minds in our busy daily lives.
