Overthinking, Calming the Busy Mind
Sat 7 Feb
| 10am - 1.15pm
Epping, Essex
£25
Learn how to free your mind from endless thoughts and mental chatter. While thinking is essential — to reflect, understand, and make decisions — sometimes our thoughts can become repetitive, negative, or stuck. Overthinking can leave us exhausted, unclear, and struggling to ‘switch off’.
In this half-day course, you’ll explore Buddhist insights into the nature and function of the mind, along with practical meditations that help balance your thoughts and cultivate calm. Through guided practice and meditations, you’ll learn to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and ease.
You will learn how to:
- Gain mental clarity, freedom, and a sense of calm
- Protect your mind from stress, worry, and overthinking
- Stay relaxed, peaceful, and feel refreshed
Led by Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, our Resident Teacher. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.
Everyone welcome!
