A simple half day of calming meditation focusing on how to alleviate anxiety and create lasting space in your mind. Experience the benefit of tried and tested techniques that give you a new perspective on worries, stress and difficulties. In this way you stay anchored and strong in the face of life’s difficulties.

Led by Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, Resident Teacher of Duldzin Dragpa KBC. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.

Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, the Resident Teacher of Duldzin Dragpa Centre, has studied and practised Kadampa Buddhism for many years under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Through her experience of putting Buddha’s advice into practice, she presents the teachings in a clear and practical way that inspires us to develop inner peace, happiness and wisdom.
