Let Go of Overthinking: Find Calm Through Meditation
Sat 27 Sep
| 10am - 1.15pm
Epping, Essex
£25
Our minds are often filled with constant chatter—racing from one thought to the next, analysing, planning, and worrying. This mental noise can leave us feeling tired, anxious, and disconnected from the present moment.
In this retreat, we’ll explore how to let go of overthinking and experience the clarity and ease that come from a calm, focused mind. Through simple yet powerful meditation practices, you’ll learn how to reduce distractions, quiet inner restlessness, and reconnect with a sense of deep inner peace—one you can carry with you into daily life.
You will learn how to:
- Experience deep mental stillness and inner clarity
- Reduce anxiety, distraction, and inner restlessness
- Gain tools to stay calm, centred, and focused in daily life
Led by Kadam John McBretney, Resident Teacher of Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre, London. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.
