What is Tantra?
Sat 18 Apr
| 10am - 1.15pm
Epping, Essex

Many people have heard of Tantra, but few understand what it really means. In Buddhism, Tantra is a powerful and inspiring spiritual path that enables us to reach our highest potential of wisdom, compassion, and inner peace quickly through meditation and imagination.
Far from being mysterious or complex, Tantra offers practical methods to transform our ordinary view of ourselves and the world. By learning to identify with our pure potential and seeing others in the same way, we can bring lightness, confidence, and deep joy into daily life.
In this half-day course, Kadam Ai Peng will explain:
- The true meaning and purpose of Buddhist Tantra
- How Tantra helps us overcome ordinary limitations
- How to begin integrating Tantric practice into daily meditation
Led by Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, our Resident Teacher. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.
Everyone welcome!
