In these meditation classes, you will discover the ability to find a few moments of peace in meditation, and then to learn to consistently revisit this. Over time you will learn how to deepen, lengthen and expand the experience. You will discover how a few moments of inner peace in the day will give us an inner balance and sense of well-being to live a more peaceful and relaxed way of life.
