“Cherishing others is the best method to solve our own and others’ problems.” Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
In these modern times we each live in the pursuit of our own happiness, misled by the delusion of self-cherishing. Because we are so familiar with self-cherishing, we continue to encounter problems and suffering.
In this half-day course, we will learn a simple method to change the focus of our cherishing from ourself to others. Through learning to cherish others we can see how our life transforms and our relationships with others becomes more stable and satisfying.
The power of cherishing others cannot be underestimated; learning to cherish others solves all our problems!
You will learn how to:
- Find joy through cherishing others
- How to fulfil all your wishes
- All suffering and problems will disappear
Led by Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, our Resident Teacher. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.
Everyone welcome!
