From Stressed to Stillness: Changing Habits through Meditation
Sat 8 Nov
| 10am - 1.15pm

Stress often arises from habitual patterns of thinking and reacting that keep us locked in cycles of tension and restlessness. These habits make it difficult to find lasting peace and calm in our daily lives.
This half-day retreat offers practical meditation techniques designed to help you break free from these negative patterns and cultivate a deep sense of stillness.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to refresh your practice, this retreat provides a supportive space to pause, reset, and create lasting positive change in how you respond to stress.
You will learn how to:
- Identify and gently shift stress-inducing habits of mind
- Develop inner calm and clarity through guided meditation
- Bring the quality of stillness into everyday situations
Led by Kadam John McBretney, Resident Teacher of Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre, London. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.
