Excellent retreat. Teacher was very knowledgeable

This was my 1st time at a retreat and what a wonderful experience. The people were all so lovely as was the venue. I will definitely be going again and be using my meditation skills that I was taught .

I brought 3 family members along to teacher, Ai Peng's, Relax & Recharge Meditation Retreat. We all thoroughly enjoyed the teachings and meditations expertly delivered with Ai Peng's sound knowledge and trademark humour.

It has changed my life so much in such a positive way. I miss the weekly sessions when it’s holiday time.!! Rob is a fantastic teacher and explains everything so well and doesn’t mind any questions we throw at him

Valuable use of time, with friendly environment, insightful guidance and peaceful location.
Our first visit to DDKBC Epping and we left enriched by the morning. Thanks everyone.

Really enjoyed the class, so, sad I am ill this week, so will miss out on week 2.

The class I attend is hosted by Steve. I am always amazed he remembers the names of everyone, especially as I am unable to attend every week. It is a retreat from the noise of everyday life. I don't remember everything because I tend to go into a zone, but just knowing that the aim is a calm and peaceful mind is enough. It is an important part of my week and a place of safety. read less

We attended the teaching 'Dealing with Loss and Change'. It was a wonderful, meaningful experience on death, and one that we will remember and treasure always.

I had a lovely day at the meditation retreat, I was able to meet some lovely people who also wanted to have a couples of hours away from our busy life’s to reset, and reflect.
