Buddha’s Tantric teachings are methods that harness the imagination to produce powerful inner transformation and deep inner peace. Tantra especially develops both our wisdom and our compassion until it produces a bliss so powerful that it completely purifies our mind and we quickly attain enlightenment.
While the practice of Tantra is very extensive, Kadam Ai Peng will give a basic introduction to what Tantra is and how we can practise these special methods to purify our body and mind so that we can quickly experience the bliss of real freedom from suffering.
You will learn how to:
- Harness the imagination to produce powerful inner transformation
- Learn how to find deep inner peace
- Learn methods that help us quickly experience the bliss of real freedom from suffering.
Led by Kadam Ai Peng McBretney, our Resident Teacher. Includes teachings and guided meditation, with time for Q&A.
Everyone welcome!
